Returns & Exchanges

Tsukimii Jewel is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us.

Before initiating a return or exchange, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. At Tsukimii Jewel, every piece of Jewelry is Handcrafted by Skilled Artisans using Traditional Techniques. This process ensures uniqueness in each design — therefore, slight variations in stones, colors, or patterns are natural and are not considered defects. All our products undergo a strict quality check before dispatch

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

1.     If the product was damaged during transit.

2.     If you received the incorrect product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

1.     Unworn and in its original condition.

2.     Packed in its original packaging, with the tag intact and untampered.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, color variation, or change of mind. Kindly review our size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

 

IMPORTANT: No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items

Products purchased during our Summer Sale or any other promotional sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Since these items are offered at special prices, we kindly request customers to review all details carefully before purchasing.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Exchange and Return / cancellation is not applicable on products delivered outside of India.

In case of an international consignment, under any circumstances of damage, like opening of a link or any breakage, we suggest that you make use of the extra links and wires that are packaged along with the product.

It is the least of our intention to put you through any trouble but sometimes such situations may arise due to opening of packages at the time of customs-checking irrespective of how carefully the package may have been packed. Unfortunately, situation like such is beyond our control.

In case, if you are unable to repair it at your end, it is advised that the piece is either carried or sent across with someone travelling to India (packaged safely). Please do not ship the product through any logistics service.
We will try to provide you with the best resolution possible at our end for any concern that you may have with respect to your product / delivery to the best of our capabilities.

STEPS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE (only valid for shipments delivered within India):

Please inform us within 3 days / 72 hours of receipt of order. You must email at hello@jeweltsukimii@gmail.com with live images of the product -original packaging and genuine reason for exchange.

·      Please mention your name, contact number, address and order number in the email.

·      The product should be shipped back to us the same / next day after confirmation of exchange, valid tracking details/docket ID should be provided for the same, with the dispatch date mentioned on it.

·      The product should be packed carefully in its original packaging with all the related things that were received at the time of delivery along with the bubble wrap.

·      Shipping charges for the return has to be borne at the customer’s end.

·      Once the product is received at our head office. The product will undergo a quality check. A credit note will be issued, against which you can purchase something within 1 year of exchange.

All international orders are non-refundable. 

All Custom Duties/Charges Shall Be Borne by the Customer

No exchange or return requests shall be accepted on customized and fine silver made to order products.
